Network Penetration Testing

Foreground Security penetration tests involve an active analysis of the systems for any potential vulnerabilities that may result from poor or improper system configuration, known and/or unknown hardware or software flaws, and/or operational weaknesses in processes. This analysis is carried out from the position of a potential attacker (either white box or black box), and can involve active exploitation of security vulnerabilities. When performing penetration tests we use recognized security methodologies including the OSSTMM (Open Source Security Testing Methodology Manual) and NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) Guidelines.

Although many companies perform penetration tests, not only are we highly skilled technicians, we also deliver reports of the highest quality and with such clarity that it can be understood whether you are a security engineer or upper level management. Don’t take our word for it; hear what one of our clients had to say:

“Their knowledge, accessibility, methodical approach, and general ease to do business with, separated them from other vendors. After we committed to using their services, they did not disappoint. Their penetration testing and reporting were easy to understand and required minimal interaction from our busy organization. Further, the test was non-invasive and no one actually knew the tests were being run except for the proper authorities. I would highly recommend Foreground Security for your information security needs.”
